Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MegaComp (the “Service”) is operated by the site owner. By creating an account or entering a competition you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter a prize competition in your jurisdiction. Entries from anyone under 18 are void and prizes will not be paid.

3. Entries and payments

Paid entries are purchased in bundles as displayed on each competition page. Each competition has a maximum per-user spend cap. Once tickets are allocated they are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Draws and prizes

Winners are selected using a deterministic shuffle seeded from the official EuroMillions draw for the announced date. The signed fairness certificate is published on the Draw Room page for every completed competition.

5. Free competitions and tokens

Free-entry draws are available only through Arena wheel rewards, referral bonuses, or promotional grants. No purchase is necessary to receive a free entry.

6. Account rules

Usernames are permanent. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud, multi-accounting, or abuse.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
